How do I know which model is right for my firm?

Can I switch between engagement models?
Yes. Many firms start with Dedicated Talent and upgrade to White-Label Teams or BOT as they grow. Transitions are seamless – your existing team can be incorporated into the new model with no penalties for switching.
What's the minimum commitment?
Dedicated Talent and White-Label Teams are month-to-month after an initial 30-day pilot. No long-term contracts. The BOT model is a 12–18 month engagement to allow for team building and ownership transfer.
How is quality controlled across models?
All models include our 4-tier QC system: preparer self-review, senior review, quality team review, and final check before delivery. White-Label Teams have QC built into managed service. Dedicated Talent receives QC training to integrate with your existing review process.
What happens if someone on my team leaves?
All models include backup coverage. If a team member leaves, we provide an immediate temporary replacement while recruiting a permanent one – typically within 2 weeks. No disruption to your workflow.
Which model is best for tax season overflow?
White-Label Delivery Teams. Scale up from January to April, scale down after. The team is fully managed so you're not training people you'll only need for 4 months. Many firms save $25,000+ per season versus hiring temps.
How does the BOT ownership transfer work?
We build, staff, train, and operate your offshore center. At the end of the agreed term (12–18 months), we transfer full ownership – team, management, office lease, and IT infrastructure. You can then operate independently or with our optional support services.
