That’s why we need Accounts Managers who value ownership, bring strategic thinking to the table, and coach their teams to deliver not just on time, but beyond expectations.
As an Accounts Manager, you’ll lead a team of accountants and manage a portfolio of U.S. clients, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, process adherence, and client satisfaction. This is both a client-facing and team-building role, perfect for someone who enjoys structure and stakeholder collaboration.
You will:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes for multiple clients
- Supervise staff and senior accountants, review their work, and provide feedback
- Maintain weekly and monthly communication with U.S. CPA firms
- Manage timelines, internal checklists, and deliverable quality
- Support month-end, year-end closing, and audit readiness
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Work with delivery heads on capacity planning and performance reviews
What we’re looking for:
- 6–10 years of accounting experience (U.S. accounting mandatory)
- Experience managing teams and handling U.S. client communication
- Proficiency with platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and monthly closing procedures
- Ability to multitask across teams, clients, and deadlines
