As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll focus on identifying, qualifying, and initiating conversations with U.S.-based CPA firms that need offshore accounting and tax staffing solutions. You’ll be responsible for nurturing top-of-funnel activity and setting the stage for long-term client success.
You will:
- Generate leads through email campaigns, social selling, cold outreach, and referrals
- Research and identify ideal prospects (firm size, service needs, region)
- Set discovery calls and hand over warm leads to the senior sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records daily
- Craft effective messaging, proposals, and follow-up workflows
- Track KPIs related to prospecting and lead generation
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for support and positioning
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales experience (preferably in accounting, SaaS, or services)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
- High energy and curiosity, especially in the U.S. accounting landscape
- A proactive mindset and ability to self-manage day-to-day activity
- An eye for qualifying leads, not just chasing numbers
