In this role, you’ll focus on driving revenue by selling our accounting and tax staffing solutions to CPA firms across the U.S. You’ll use a mix of outbound and inbound strategies, tapping into your market knowledge and industry relationships to identify high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
You will:
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
- Build relationships with CPA firms, tax professionals, and decision-makers
- Create and send tailored proposals, presentations, and estimations
- Work closely with internal teams for pricing, onboarding, and delivery alignment
- Keep CRM systems updated and report on pipeline health regularly
- Bring creative ideas to improve outreach and lead qualification
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3–4 years of experience in international sales (preferably US-based accounting or outsourcing services)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Prior experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
- A consultative sales approach and high emotional intelligence
This isn’t a boiler-room role. You’ll get to lead strategic conversations, work directly with decision-makers, and play a key role in growing Accountably’s U.S. client base.
