Ravi Dubal is the backbone of Accountably’s day-to-day operations. With over a decade of deep accounting experience, he leads the delivery side of the business – ensuring every task, from basic reconciliations to complex multi-entity reporting, is executed with precision. His role sits at the intersection of client service, quality control, and offshore team management, making him a key pillar in the company’s delivery promise.

Ravi started his journey in accounting working with local firms, where he developed strong fundamentals in bookkeeping, tax prep, and financial reporting. Over time, he transitioned into global delivery roles, working with U.S. based clients and navigating the ins and outs of GAAP compliance, month-end closes, and high-volume transactional accounting.

At Accountably, Ravi is known for being hands-on. He’s not the kind of leader who just delegates – he reviews files, builds SOPs, coaches team leads, and keeps a close eye on client expectations. He works closely with offshore accountants, providing technical guidance and creating internal systems that allow teams to deliver consistently – even during crunch periods like tax season or year-end.

His expertise also extends to training and onboarding. Ravi ensures that every accountant joining Accountably understands not just how to use the tools, but how to think like the client: focusing on clarity, timeliness, and accuracy.
