Over the years, that ground-level experience became the foundation for something much bigger: building Accountably into a trusted offshore partner for CPA firms across the globe.
With more than a decade of experience in accounting and tax, Jugal knows what it takes to deliver clean, accurate work – and what it takes to do it at scale. He's led teams, built processes, and developed systems that help firms handle more clients without the chaos that usually comes with growth.
At Accountably, Jugal works closely with his clients, many of whom are firm owners just like he once was: juggling deadlines, trying to grow, and looking for reliable support. That's why everything he builds is designed to plug in quietly, work efficiently, and let the firm stay in control.
He believes in staying close to the work, hiring smart, and using technology where it actually makes a difference. Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring young professionals and thinking about how the accounting industry can be more agile, more tech-enabled, and a little less overwhelming.
