Jugal spent 7+ years inside US firms – starting at PwC, then a practice specialized in real-estate taxation, then a full-service firm, rising from reviewer to manager to advisory. He worked hands-on with books, tax returns, and messy reconciliations, line by line, and sat through the review cycles and April deadlines a partner signs their name against. That lived experience became the foundation for Accountably: an offshore and outsourced staffing partner for CPA firms built by an accountant, not a recruiter.

With more than a decade of experience in accounting and tax, Jugal knows what it takes to deliver clean, accurate work – and what a partner needs to see before they trust an offshore preparer with a return. He's led teams, built processes, and developed the training and review layers that help firms handle more clients without the chaos that usually comes with growth.

At Accountably, Jugal works closely with his clients, many of whom are firm owners just like he once was: juggling deadlines, trying to grow, and looking for reliable support. That's why everything he builds is designed to plug in quietly, work efficiently, and let the firm stay in control.
